• •You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, and submitting all information, forms, certifications, budgets, attachments, and application materials.
• •You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance of all information submitted to any grantor, agency, foundation, municipality, nonprofit, lender, or funding source.
• •Grant Officer AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, audit, procurement, lobbying, or compliance advice. You should consult your own qualified professional before submitting an application, accepting an award, charging costs to a grant, signing a funding agreement, or using grant funds.
• •Grant Officer AI does not make funding decisions. Funding decisions are made solely by the applicable grantor, agency, foundation, municipality, nonprofit, lender, or other funding source.

• •Some grant programs restrict or prohibit the use of grant funds to pay third-party consultants, grant writers, application preparers, software providers, platform providers, brokers, agents, referral sources, or success-based compensation.

• •Grant Officer AI does not charge a percentage of any government grant award. Grant Officer AI’s fees are for software access, grant research, eligibility review, document organization, application preparation support, grant readiness services, reporting support, compliance support, and post-award administrative services.
• •Grant Officer AI does not take custody, possession, control, or ownership of grant funds. Grant funds should be paid directly to you by the applicable funding source.
• •Grant Officer AI may offer post-award support services, but those services are separate from the funding decision and are not a commission, success fee, finder’s fee, or percentage of the award.
• •No application will be submitted on your behalf unless legally permitted for that specific opportunity, operationally supported by Grant Officer AI, and expressly authorized by you in writing or through a platform approval workflow.
• •Where third-party submission is not permitted, Grant Officer AI may assist with preparation, organization, drafting, and review support, but you remain responsible for final submission.
• •Use of Grant Officer AI does not create an attorney-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, advisor-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, joint venture, partnership, employment relationship, or government representative relationship.
• •By using Grant Officer AI, you acknowledge that grant applications may involve legal certifications, financial representations, compliance obligations, audit requirements, reporting obligations, recordkeeping duties, and potential penalties for false or misleading submissions.
